Vickie Mullins is a seasoned real estate broker and lifelong horsewoman with more than five decades of experience in ranch operations, equine management, and property representation. After moving to Paso Robles, California in 1991, she purchased acreage and transformed it into a fully functional horse ranch that today houses fifteen horses. She went on to own and operate Black Oak Performance Horses, LLC, where she specialized in breeding, raising, and competing in the sport of Cutting.
Licensed as a real estate broker since 1974, Vickie has represented numerous buyers and sellers throughout Paso Robles and the surrounding areas, with a particular expertise in ranch and equine properties. In 2016, she represented Redwings in the acquisition of the Paso Robles ranch and played an instrumental role in shaping the property into the thriving facility it is today.
Vickie joined the Redwings Horse Sanctuary Board of Directors in 2017, serving as Vice Chairman for eight years and now proudly holding the role of Chairman of the Board. Her lifelong love, respect, and admiration for horses drive her commitment to supporting and protecting equines in need, ensuring that less fortunate horses receive the care and compassion they deserve.
