Ingrid joined the Redwings team in 2019 and serves as the organization’s Business Administrator. Deeply passionate about the Redwings mission, she brings both professional dedication and personal enthusiasm to her work, spending her weekends riding and staying closely connected to the community she supports. Originally from the Bay Area, Ingrid also spent five years living in Denmark, an experience that broadened her perspective and continues to shape her approach to both life and work.

At Redwings, Ingrid plays an essential role behind the scenes, helping keep the organization running smoothly through her attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and steady leadership. Whether she’s handling day-to-day operations, supporting staff and volunteers, or ensuring our programs and services stay organized and efficient, her work touches nearly every corner of the sanctuary.
